It has been a long while, and a lot has been happening since the last time I posted. The biggest news is that we are having another little girl join our family at the beginning of May. We are so excited to throw another little munchkin into the mix. We are settling into our new house, and have loved it. Madison is in pre-school and making a lot of great friends, and Hannah is growing up to be such a fun and spunky little girl.

One thing that has been so fun about finally moving home is being by family. Here is Hannah with Grandpa Turley. She has a particular fondest to him, and loves to snuggle him

Madison got to do a sports class with all her little friends, and had a blast.

Madison and Hannah having fun with their cousins. Pizza, and then off to see Big Hero 6.

Here we are at the IDEA museum. We seem to find ourselves here often.

Me and the girls went to the Polar Express.
Here they are looking at the North Pole
I seriously love this girl, and that amazing smile!
For our ward party they brought in snow, and the girls got to do some sledding.
Madison met Santa. Hannah was indifferent in meeting him.

Summer

These last few months have been pretty eventful. To start we bought our first house! We love it, and can't wait for all of our projects to be done so we can be settled there. We officially ended our lease in Tucson at the end of June, and have moved home full time. Tucson was good to us, but we are excited to finally be back home!
We have been doing a lot of swimming at Grammy's
We got to spend time at a cabin with the family, where Marley taught Madi how to do a selfie. I think she has the kiss face down!

The fourth of July was well spent with family, and our own personal fireworks show

More pics from the cabin of these sweet cousins

Grammy took these girls to a princess festival where they couldn't leave without getting a face painting.

Easter

This year for easter we had 3 easter egg hunts, lots of candy, dinner with friends, and church spent in the halls following Hannah around. I love this time of year, because it helps me reflect on the Savior and all he sacrificed for us so that we could live. I am so grateful that this sweet family will be mine forever!

What is it about sisters in matching dresses that make them so cute?

This little Hannah of ours is getting so spunky and cute.

Salt Lake

At the beginning of March me and Bryan got to get away without the kids for a few days. We decided to go to Salt Lake and try the snowboarding thing. Bryan grew up doing it so he was a natural. I am not so great, but it was a lot of fun regardless. We went to a lot of great restaurants, we got to connect with some old friends, and some new, we went to a Bryan Reagan show, went snow tubing, went snow boarding, saw a movie, went shopping, went to temple square, slept in, etc... Basically the only downside was that Bryan was sick. It was still wonderful, and so nice to have a fun little getaway. It was the first time since we have had kids that we have been without them over night. Can't wait until we can do it again!

This last week we had some time off, so we decided to head to Newport. Last minute Tyler and Kelly decided to join us which made the trip a blast. We also got to reconnect with the Whites which was great. We had fun going to the beaches in our sweaters, going to a zoo, eating out, late night canasta, and some how bringing lots of our conversations back to Friday night lights.

Madison riding her pony at the zoo.

Tyler apparently had something interesting to say based on the interest all the girls are giving him.

Carousel rides at the mall
This little one had a stomach bug, and took it like a champ. Sand filled snot is a bonus of being sick at the beach!

Our Sweet Hannah turned one today. She is such a special girl. She is such an easy going person except when it comes to food. Then things get serious. The second she sees me start to make something for her she literally hyperventilates and can hardly stand the anticipation. It can be pretty intense at times, and pretty funny. She loves to play with Madison, and no one can get her to laugh like Madison can. She likes to dump things out, make messes, get messy, all the usual things to make sure mom has enough to do each day! She is so fun to have around. She usually gives us a good laugh session right before bed, and she has the cutest belly laugh that always get the rest of us to laugh.  She has been such a joy in our lives.

Madison turned the big 3 on January 6th! She got completely spoiled and was able to have such a fun day! Madison and her cousin Nyah have the same birthday so we had a combined party for them at bounce U. She loved it!

My grandparents took Madison out on a special birthday date as well. They took her to  peter piper pizza and then went to the store so she could pick out a present. I love how they try to get to know each of their grandchildren individually.

I can't believe she is not my little baby anymore! Madison has been such a great blessing in our lives. She is such a sweet girl with her own agenda. She loves to play with her cousins more than anyone. She loves to help me in the kitchen when I'm cooking. She asks if she can be my good little helper, and then will go and get a "helping chair."  She loves to try and make Hannah laugh, and does a good job at it. She loves to get messy, play in the dirt, run around, swing on the swing and play outside. She also loves to watch her shows. Most of the time when I ask her what her favorite part
of the day was she says. when I got to watch a show, no matter how fun of a thing we did that day. She is learning to dress herself and take care of herself, so I hear "I want to do it myself" a lot these days! Children really are such a gift from God, and I am so grateful I get to be a mom to this sweet little girl!

Wasn't she a cute baby!

Christmas

The holidays this year were pretty eventful. Santa came to our house a few weeks early this year so we could have a day with just our family to be together. We opened presents, saw frozen, went to lunch and enjoyed having a special day together. Santa brought the girls each a bike and some books. What a good guy.
There they go on their new bikes!
We got to go to the annual friends Christmas party
Madison and her cousins all got to go around and Christmas Carol to my grandparents friends. We shoved a lot of kids in the trunk for this!

Here they are in their matching Christmas eve shirts, getting ready to open their presents
Christmas day was spent at the Whites. It was full of amazing food, good company and holiday cheer!

Cousins!
